Well, the long awaited civil suit against FBI Special Agent Christoper "Chris" R. Braga (and others) has been brought by Joseph Schultz, the entirely innocent young man that Agent Braga shot in the face with a .223 caliber M4 (M-16 variant) at point blank range. Mr. Schultz is seeking $10,000,000.00 in damages.
